Welcome to Fashnia. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fashnia website and related services ("Fashnia", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Fashnia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Fashnia.

1. About Fashnia

Fashnia is a fashion discovery and brand platform that allows users to browse fashion content, interact with brands and products, save items, create collections, and visit third-party brand websites.

Fashnia does not process purchases directly through the platform unless stated otherwise. Product purchases are completed on third-party websites, not on Fashnia.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may use Fashnia only if you are able to form a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • keeping your login details secure
  • all activity that occurs under your account

Some brand content may be provided or managed by the relevant brand. In some cases, Fashnia may assist with initial setup or listing creation for participating brands.

Brands and users who supply content to Fashnia are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide that content.

5. Third-party links and purchases

Fashnia may include links to third-party websites, including brand websites and product purchase pages.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, availability, pricing, policies, or practices.

Any purchase you make through a third-party website is between you and that third party, not Fashnia.

6. Intellectual property

Fashnia and its content, including its branding, design, layout, text, graphics, original platform features, and other material owned by us, are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or with our written permission, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of Fashnia for commercial purposes.

All third-party trade marks, brand names, logos, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or brand

  • use Fashnia in a way that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive

8. Affiliate links and promotional content

Fashnia may use affiliate links or other promotional links in connection with product listings or brand pages.

Where applicable, Fashnia may earn a commission if a user clicks a link or makes a purchase through a third-party website.

9. No guarantee of uninterrupted access

We aim to keep Fashnia available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of Fashnia at any time, with or without notice.

The current price and product details displayed on the relevant third-party website at the time of purchase will apply.

You are responsible for evaluating any product, brand, or third-party website before relying on it or making a purchase.
